What a morning I am having!!We live in an apartment with people living above us and on both sides.Well the guy who lives above us pulled out his washer and was working on it,then left the place sometime yesterday, and didn't know or didn't care that water was running from a pipe behind his washer. Now our bedroom closet and hallway is flooded!!What a mess! The landlord is pretty upset with that guy!

Someone is coming to our place soon to clean and dry the carpet. Then I am taking the baby over to my Mom's house to see my Aunt and Uncle who are visiting from out of state.

I don't have any house work to do today, because I cleaned all day yesterday and the house is spotless except for the flooded area.Well that's what I'm doing today.

Hi! My daughter has a class this morning, my son and I are going to run some errands and this afternoon we're going to a splash area to play. This is the first warm sunny day we've had in a long time and I really want to take advantage of it : )

I was cleaning the bathroom clean. We all know how that is with a three year old boy in the house. yuck, but someone has to do it. The big boys make messes too. I can't figure out how they get it up under the outside of the seat???????? Oh well it is one of life's little mysteries.

I'm still a WAHM (editing to say WOHM, not a WAHM), but in less then 2 weeks I'll be home with my girls. So I'm here, at work...

Do you girls have routines each day? How do you keep yourselves busy, or should I say sane with being home with the kids everyday. I plan on doing the cooking and cleaning, and my husband has told me I can start doing the bills and I think that'll be a good thing. But what does everybody's day look like. I don't want to fall in to that SLUMP where I don't get dressed, and just go loony.

Any help?

Hello!

My name is Angie (34) and I live in Northern California. My DH (Bruce) is 38 and my DD (Emily) is 1 year old. I've been a SAHM since the birth of my daughter and I also am a licensed day care provider and currently take care of a 16 month old little 3 days a week. This morning I woke up a little later than usual (4:00 am) and did not make it to the gym this morning so I decided to take Shadow (our 2 year old golden retriever) down to Starbucks for our morning coffee. Once home I swept/mopped my kitchen floor (my feet were beginning to "stick" to it) and then cleaned out a floor vent right next to our kitchen that looked as though it hadn't been cleaned out since this house was built (1967!) The girls are currently napping so I have a few minutes to "surf the net"

Well, not exactly morning anymore but...

I'm Pam (34) and I'm home with DS Owen (3.5) and Laura (12mth). Today was Laura's 1yr dr. apt and shot. She did very well and now is snoozing. I spent many hours today, like everyday, trying to toilet train my son (no luck!) and keeping the place looking somewhat respectable (no luck!). Oh well, everyone is in a good mood today. DH will be home early so we can have dinner together and an extra pair of hands getting the kids to bed.

Bye for now!
