My poor baby took a bad fall on Saturday

We were at my mom's for dinner, and before anyone else got there, she was sitting happily at the table, shoving her face with food, as usual!
Next thing we knew, she plopped off the chair onto the floor, landing on her right elbow. She screamed and screamed, then stopped. She moved her right hand and bent the wrist and elbow. She carried on throughout the night just fine (well, slightly crankier than usual).
NOW....this evening everytime you lightly touch it, she screams ouch, and screams bloody murder. I gave her IBprofin (sp?) but really, it's not broken, she moves it, and can put weight on it, ie, climb up on a bed and the stairs, chase the dog on all fours)
Do we take her to the doctor? That seems like a waste of time to me. They aren't going to x-ray it unless they think its broken, and hers clearly is not.
What would you do ? It's just so painful to hear her scream everytime you touch her arm.

Poor Belle, I hope she feels better today. I agree with the other mommas, take her to the doctor just to make sure.

Poor girl.
She might have bruised it or sprained it.
I hope she feels better. Let us know how she is if you take her to the Dr.
