Dear Sahms,

Hi to all!!! My name is Symira and I am a stay at home mother of a beauitful baby boy. I live in a small village and my husband is gone most of time. He is busy with school & work. So I am here all the day & sometimes night with my new baby. I find being a stay at home mother and a wife to be a very hard and demanding job. It never ends!!! Not to mention it can be very frustrating!!I mean do not get me wrong I am happy with what I am doing, just that I wish that I could have more of an outlet. And I do not (sighs) If I am not on the computer, I am watching television all the day!!! As for household chores I tend to keep my home clean so thats not a problem. I am not a slob (lol) Taking care of the baby is a different story!!! It is very diffcult because I have no help what so ever. I mean my husband will help take care of the little one on the weekends to give me break. But the rest of the week is pretty much on me, at least until my husband comes home. I just wish to be more active but I do not want to take the baby out too much because he is still very young yet.

What I would like to ask is if any sahm have any suggestions or even ideas?

Thanks for reading and have a good-evening.

Sincerely, Symira

Welcome to my world Symira. This is the most difficult job you will ever have. You must get out every now and then or you will go crazy. Even a stroll through the park or the mall makes all the difference. Even just spending time playing the baby is fun and strss relieving. Let me tell ya, enjoy these moments while he is still so small and sweet because he will wear you out when he becomes a toddler. Remember to also get in some time for yourself. While he naps get your time in to take a long bath or read. It will make a big difference. I wish all the best and love on that baby alot. Congratulations by the way and welcome to motherhood!!!
