that make me grateful to be a SAHM. A woman went to the daycare center to pick up her 2 y/o dd this afternoon, and they couldn't find her. Turns out, that the daycare worker who picked her up this MORNING at 8 a.m., LEFT HER IN THE CAR ALL DAY LONG!!!!! Needless to say, this young child has died. I am just sick hearing this story. Didn't anyone notice she was missing at snack time, lunch time, etc? Oh, I am so sad for this family. Please say a prayer for them, and also hug your own children, with whom you are lucky to be at home with, to make sure they are safe.

Hugs,
Wendy

OMG!! I can not believe this. How awful! I would just die if anything like that happened. Yep, we do have to be thankful for everything we have and for being able to be a SAHM. Where did this happen?

That is so sad!

You know that is why as a former childcare worker, that I will NEVER put my children in daycare. Because the days are so different it can be very easy to forget who is there on a given day. I used to carry around a list and do check-offs for any activity changes.

I have worked in the "best" of daycares, and the "worst"....the sad thing is that besides policies they were not much different.

I am praying for this family.
