Glad to hear it went ok for you Laura. You're stronger than I am lol. My dd, who will be 3 at the end of the year still has something she needs to give up, and I just cant bring myself to toss it. I'm actually too embarassed to even post what her attachment item is lol. I may need some advise from you in the near future lol!

I know it's hard but she will do well before you know it.I remember when my daughter Cassidy who was extremely attached to her Pug as well.It took maybe three days and then she was fine.Of course i think i cried more than she did.She just looked so sad.It was easier to break her of the Pacifier than it was to break my oldest of sucking her thumb.Kyrstin sucked her thumb constantly until about 1 st grade then she sucked it at night until about 11.
