....is jumping on a trampoline with your 2 yr old. Took my 2yr ds outside to try to get him used to the new trampoline we bought, I think I had as much fun as he did!

He is still very cautious on it so I put him on the matt and had him hang on to and extra stretchy thing that doesn't go around a pole. I jumped in the middle and sang the 10 little monkey's jumping on the bed, song.

He thought that was hilarious! I got some GREAT exercise and ds got to sing which is his favorite thing to do.

Afterward we laid down and watched the clouds float by and the squirels run in the tree canopy way over the trampoline.

What a great morning! If you have been thinking of getting a trampoline I would really recomend it. My dh and I were really leary about getting one, but now I'm glad we did!

Have a great morning everyone!

Sounds like you two had a great morning. I would love to do that. I have always been a little worried about ever getting one cause of all the stories you hear about them. But usually thats when older kids are all on it at the same time. Good mother/son thing to do though. I have a ds who is 3 and he would probably love it. Well have fun.

just dont let your home insurance know you have a trampoline.....mine found out after re-assessing our house after we put in an addition, and they called and told me to get rid of it or be cancelled....i havent...lol..... and they dont know.... i even bought an enclosure(which i think all tramps should have, none should be sold without one) and they said.... doesnt matter.... no trampolines...and also, it's only an 8 foot trampoline, only room for one to jump, which is another big problem with trampolines. most injuries occur when two collide and hit heads...but we have had alot of fun laying on our trampoline, my youngest likes to go BIRDING...... she lays on her back and watches the sky for birds with her finger in the air, waiting for one to land..she will lay there for an hour doing this....lol.....
