The only thing I've done is either take a long bath or shower, but sometimes when Emily goes down for her nap, I have one of those masks that has the liquid in it that goes over your eyes, you can either heat it up or put it in the fridge, I put that on and lay down in a dark room for a few minutes, either in silence or listen to music, either way, it helps me relax and get my bearings back to get through the day when I'm having a rough one!
I like to listen to audio books on cd. I like to just sit, close my eyes, and listen. I call it my "meditation" because some of them are so darn relaxing.
I agree with Dawn, why didn't I get that memo? LOL!!! I usually can't relax until I get home from work at 1AM. Then I usually grab a snack and watch a rerun of Sex in the City. I have to get out of the house to relax. Just getting in my Jeep (I LOVE my Jeep), and turning the stereo up makes everything better!!!
