I am 24 years old and have been married for four years and I have never had a public job. I went to college right after high school and I graduated, got my certificate in medical transcriptoin. .I've tried so many times to find a job but everyone wants experience. My DH works very hard every single day while I stay at home and raise our 20 month old son. We are seriously talking about TTC again around November. I really want to work at home doing something (it doesn't really matter what, as long as I make some money) to help us earn a litle extra money but everything I have tried to do has been a scam. The stuffing evelopes, surveys. . .nothing is legit. Does anyone know how I can do something to earn a little extra money while raising the babies? I would appreciate any advice. Thanks, Brandie

Hi! I am a stay at home mom that does direct sales as a side income. It allows me to be with my two girls, 5 and 2, and I don't make a fortune, but I make enough o pay both our car payments every month and take my family to a cheap dinner once in a while with "Mommy's money" that makes me feel good. I also get some much needed time away, something that's entirely mine, and "adult" time and friendships. I sell tastefully Simple GOurmet Foods, but check out www.dsa.org becaue there are a ton of companies out there, they o ave a start up cost, but it's your own business, your own hours, and it works for a lot of us stay at home moms. The most important thing is to find your niche. I did Mary Kay for 2 years and it was a disaster. Not my thing at all and I never made any money. My thing is easy to prepare, quick foods so TastefulySimple works for me. See what works for you. Good luck!

This is a really good article that was featured on Good Morninng America recently. http://abcnews.go.com/GMA/TakeControlOfYourLife/story?id=3368501&page=1&GMA=true
It says a lot about direct sales companis, and Tastefully SImple is featured, but so are a lot of other companies. If you wnt info on TS, just email me at sarahfix@comcast.net, but see which product line interests you and contact a consultant to get your questions answered. If I can help in any way let me know! I've been there and I know how ough it can be. Best of luck finding something that can help financially that you love!
