My Dh is home sick with the flu. Why is it that when I am sick I just want to be left alone...Dh wants and needs me every 5 minutes! LOL

Gosh men are babies!

Just a tip for the flu season, I always simmer three cups of water and one cup of lysol on the stove when someone is sick in our house. We usually never have another person in the house get sick(knock on wood) so I think it works. Just set your timmer so you don't forget about it on the stove!

Please pray for my Dh if your the praying kind...that he feels better quickly!(For my sake as well..lol)

My problem when my husband is sick is just the opposite. He not only wants to be left alone, but he sulks and will not speak at all. On top of that, he is very over dramatic. We have been sick with the same exact thing before, and where I am still up and running around and taking care of things, he literally moans and whimpers. And he will NOT speak to me. No matter what I say, he doesn't respond. Just completely ignores me. The last time he was sick, I was trying to take care of him, and I brought him some medicine and a glass of water, and he whispered to me (like he was dying) "no more disturbances." I could have killed him!!!

Hope your DH gets better soon!

Hmm..I think when he said that..it would have been the exact time I decided to wash the sheets he was sleeping on or clean the room.. And do what I commonly refer to as "Release the Toddlers" on him.. That would have been a classic picture I would have to frame..lol good luck with this matter girls..patience is a virtue but the ever so slighest revenge is priceless =)
