Selling a house stinks!

I hope your realtor can work something out. School districts are a really big deal, regardless of whether or not there is a choice of school.

Tell me about it! We can't even sell our house right now because although it's in great shape and is really cute and would sell really fast, we'd have to sell for LESS than we owe. Like, $20,000 less! Ugh! We're going to wait til the market gets a little better and work at paying down the principal in the meantime. We were so glad to find this house but 5 years ago the market was booming and homes were much more expensive. Now its just not worth as much. :( I know the problems are different, but I feel your pain. Selling does suck.
