Ice Cream in a Baggie
1/2 cup milk (I used 2%)
1 TBSP sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Ice
6 TBSP salt
In a pint sized zip type freezer bag mix milk, sugar and vanilla. Seal the bag. Fill a gallon sized zip type freezer bag half full of ice (cubed or crushed) and add the salt. Place the sealed bag with milk inside the bag with ice and seal the larger bag. Shake and squish the bag for about 5 minutes or until the ice cream thickens.
just make sure you take the air out of the baggie that has the milk in it.. and what i did was put air in the bag with the ice... it was a lot of fun and the ice cream was actually really good... the recipe only makes a little bit so you might want to double it if you want more.. here are a few pics of when we made it today..just don't mind the mess or the naked baby..can't seem to keep clothes on her..lol

What a neat idea!
Sounds easy enough. We'll try it out this week. I'll let you know how we do.
Thanks!!!
