Starting to get concerned...

ok this is somewhat embarassing, but I'm really getting worried...
quick recap: I had my 3rd c-section 4 1/2 months ago, and had my tubes tied. I was told that most women who do get pg have a tubal pregnancy, BUT, I'm kind of freaked b/c there was a lady in the hospital at the same time I had Brayden who had her tubes tied, and still got pg... she was there having her 4th section (and the tubes were NOT connected when the doc looked in there).
Anyway... I had postpartum bleeding off & on for a long time after having Brayden, so I'm not sure if the last time I bled was AF or postpartum (I can't even remember how long it's been now... several weeks). Also, I'm not sure but I think I ovulated 3 or 4 weeks ago. Now lately, the scale shows that I've lost 2 more pounds, but my breasts are definitely larger (and I'm not nursing Brayden that much), I have brief moments of nausea, I suddenly have to go the bathroom in the middle of the night, and cm has increased some.
Somebody please tell me I'm just freaking out for no reason...

Why do i miss all the good chats lol!!!
Desiree, the only way to tell is to go buy a few tests and try them out. i wouldnt think that you would be. It could be hormones because of your body returning to normal...or you could be one of the women that gets pregnant very easily! Give it a few days and take a test. If you still dont get af, keep testing, or see your doctor.
Keep us posted!
I wish I had some wise words of advice but I know nothing about the tubes being tied. I know there is some kind of birth control board where these types of things are talked about all the time but I do not know which channel they have put it on now. I will try and look it up for you.

yeah I looked for a board like that but I couldn't find it... if you do, that would be great! thanks!!!
I may force myself to buy a test... if nothing else b/c Kyle is freaking and keeps asking me if I want him to have a vasectomy LOL. I keep telling him "yes", but I think he's chicken ;o)
Where's the "eeek" emoticon when you need it? I agree with the others, Desiree. Don't sweat it (easy for me to say, LOL!) and get a pg test. Let us know what happens.....
