I have an 8 month old daughter & my husband is self employed. I left my job to stay
home & take care of her. Now we have to pay for health insurance & it's killing us. Does anyone know of any work out there that I can do from home for some extra money.
Please help.

There is always childcare from your home, you can watch up to 2 children in your home without being licensed in most states. Check with your states guidelines first to be sure though. I would start by mentioning in your church, to your friends and acquaintences 1st before advertising, you would be surprised at the need. If you're not up for the long hours of watching a couple full-timers you could always offer before and after school care.

There are some reputable marketing companies that will hire telemarketers from home, if you have the stomache for it.

Some childrens consignment shops hire stay-at-home mom's and let them bring their children with them while they work.

Some daycares also need teacher assistants and will let you bring your child with you, provided they have the room.

You could also try and find another Mom who has 1 child and do childcare swap - she gets a part-time job and you do too and just mark your availability accordingly.

Then, if none of that sounds good, you could always try your hand at yard saling and trying to find that diamond in the rough and turning around and selling it on e-bay.

Hope these ideas help, good luck.
