I have been a stay at home mom for a year now, WOW what a job! it is harder work to stay at home than to go to work...I love the time with my kids and watching my one year old learn so many new things, however, i feel that i am going to go crazy...I need something for me, does anyone have any suggestions? I feel as if all my days run together now, that there is not one day off weekends, what is that???? any feed back would be greatly appreciated!!!!

Hi, what are we doing up so late! :)

Well, I am not bored because I keep myself very busy. It sounds like you are needing some TLC for yourself. My Dh and I have a deal that on Saturdays I get at least four to five hours to myself (not including time for breastfeeding the baby) and I do whatever I want...which is usually reading. I take a bath, do my nails or any other girly thing I did not get to do during the week. Also my husband takes the kids outside for at least an hour every day to play some kind of sport with them. This is usually when the baby sleeps so that I also get some time to myself. Another thing you can do is to get up an hour earlier than the kids. When I don't have insomnia, like tonight I usually make a point of getting up before the kids and having a cup of coffee and exercising. This really makes my day start out well! Take up a hobby you have always wanted to try. netflix has some great "how to" videos. I have learned about wine, yoga, and baby sign language and even belly dancing! lol
