I logged on to vent about some mommy stuff today and just wanted to thank the ladies that happened to be online. You were amazing. I was at my wits end. My first marriage, my first kid... Gosh, I thought my greatest accomplishment in life was graduating from university. Now I know that my greatest accomplishment is surviving my marriage and motherhood. Thank you again for reminding me that i'm normal and that someone out there understands the anger and frustration along with all the love... is what truly makes us worthy of being called "MOM".

Thanks!

Nice to see a post from you! I hope the rest of your day went ok. Did you and your dh work things out?

We've all been there at some point and have felt the frusterations of being a new mom and feeling undervalued. Hang in there, you will both find your place in your new roles. Welcome to the board...Michelle isn't it?

Thanks for asking... that helps alot too! Yes, we always work things out... My DH is awesome that way. He's a hothead for a hot minute, like he has a shot of extreme jerkdom and then he settles right down and is back to normal. He once told me that one letter away from anger is Danger. Too bad he forgets from time to time to live his own words! Hope everyone had a wonderful valentines!

Lesley, are you from Canada? If so, where? I'm a Canadian living in the States now...

BTW, your kids are absolutely stunning!

We love the weather in Vegas. Its definitely amazing weather year 'round. Not like it was back in T-dot. We hate the snow. We are thinking about moving back east once my daughter gets closer to school age. Hopefully it will be sooner rather than later!

You get hit with a ton of snow yet? Not into the snow thing... did that for the better part of my life in Toronto.... Vegas is much warmer... but maybe a nice summer trip?! Lots to do there?
