Hey there!

Anyone here trying or have tried TrimSpa? I have a friend who's thinking of using it but I want to give her as much info as possible beforehand...she's one to readily jump on bandwagons w/o much info. Plus, I'm not an advocate of "get thin quick schemes" and would rather have her exercise and eat healthy....which is partly why she won't listen to me; she wants it to be easy. :( I hope that if I have good solid info I can educate her, and also myself.

From advertisements I see it works, but I'm curious about the after affects? What happens when you stop taking it? I'd think your metabolism would then slow down to normal and you'd gain weight you lost. But, I'm not knowledgeable w/ the product so that's why I'm hoping someone has firsthand info.

Thanks!

I have not tried it or heard of it, but I hope you get all the info you need for your friend.
Just remember to stay safe with any weight loss drug.....

Yeah, I'm not a supporter of weight loss drugs....I feel you don't learn the proper nutrition with them. After my baby weight decided to linger a few months longer than I wished, I turned to Weight Watchers. Which was a shock, and a bit humbling, for me to do b/c I've NEVER had a problem w/ weight. But I had stalled at 10 pounds over the weight I was when I got pregnant, and I needed to do something. I found I was just plain overeating....boy did that make a difference. My DH lost his pregnancy weight too! :)

I swear by WW and now proudly say that's what helped me; although a year or so ago I would have shuddered at the thought of ME ever using WW. I will definitely use it again when/if I need it after future pregnancies.
