What do you do to occupy your chil(ren) w/out TV when you need to get a task done w/out interruption? How old are they? Mine are 2 and 4. TIA. Kris

Ask him to help and give him something to do but usually end up with the TV distraction.

My DD is 2yrs, and she loves to do play dough, watercolor or finger paint, that usually keeps her busy for 30-40 min.

That was a great question! I've gotten so lazy since I've been sick...my boys just watch the same couple of Disney/Pixar movies over and over. I don't like it, but I've been feeling so rotten that I am not sure what else to do with them. Mine are 3.5 and 19 months. Aryc (3.5) can do play-doh and crayons and stuff, but Nate (19 months) can't, as he still eats everything. So finding two activities that can keep them both still at the table is tough, because I taught them how to trade. hehe Now that's all they want to do! I bought them some Color Wonder stuff the other day, so I hope that helps the eating problem, and the coloring on the table problem.

With my oldest (8), I can allow him to ride his bike outside or play in the yard.
My second son (3), I can bring out some crayons, paper, something to that nature.
Now my youngest (10 months)
