LOL at your kitten... ours is the same way right now, she wanted to ride around on my shoulders all day yesterday. I felt guilty shutting her out of our room last night but she's too crazy and I like sleep. Nathan leaves his door open so she can go snuggle him! I'm glad you had a nice trip and hopefully you can get a nap in.

DH said Nathan did a good job demonstrating the drills and stuff last night so we'll see. Nathan didn't play in the fall so DH took over a team where only 1 kid is a returner. The one girl he's coached in the past and she basically stands on the field and cries... I sometimes wonder why parents sign their kids up.

All this soccer talk is making me glad T is too young for such things! I got all excited cause he's 17 months (almost a year and a half!) and he's sleeping so well at night and learning so many things, but when it comes down to it, he's still a baby and I'm kinda glad!

We had a fun weekend. Went to visit our moms for Easter. Our friends host a huge egg hunt on their farm so we went and did that. T was super cute but didn't really get the whole egg hunting concept. He just had fun stomping around the alfalfa field with his bucket. I tried to get him a cute basket, but he nearly had it in pieces before we even left the store, so I went with a plastic sand bucket instead. ;) We also took him to my BIL's work so he could see the new lambs. He loved that! He was pretty curious about the cows. That boy has no fear at all! Walked right up to them!

In other exciting news... dh and I decided to start trying for another baby next month! Yikes! I don't know what we're thinking! We're not telling anyone we know though. We don't want to have to field questions about our sex life! Hopefully it will be quick like last time. I went off the pill on New Years and we were pregnant in February.

well this week has not gone like i planned....i have missed jakes free swimming lessons all week and now he wnts to stay with his cousin tomorrow while its spring break and we will miss those too....so maybe he isn't getting any. the first day i had the wrong time, today we had a funeral, and i was just running behind.

Dh decided we should go to pizza hut for dinner so we did. I got him to go to the doctor for a check up too while he was off so thats good....i need to go myself over the next couple weeks, and my ds needs a check up too....my dd gets an evalution for being slightly tongue tied at the end of the month. we see a specialist to see if it should be clipped or not. I didn't do any housework but dh and i did clean out his truck even vacuumed it, and he is washing his own coveralls for work. so there was a little progress. Don't know what tomorrow holds...maybe cleaning of basement? and school room?

i was productive today but not feeling my personal best. there was a terrible smell in my bedroom so i cleaned it and washed everyones sheets and blankets, best i could tell it was the dog and his belly band so i washed them too. so my bedroom is pretty much done, i have one stand that is a catch all that i need to clean off.

I also have the laundry pretty much caught up. Dishes are done, rabbits are fed, and i cleaned up the bookshelf, i haven't touched the school room really i just don't want to deal with it. maybe tomorrow? my son goes to his first dental appt tomorrow morning. and we are actually going to his swimming lessons today...its cold here though the heat keeps coming on and its set on 60 i cant wait to put our pants away....ah well.

I definately know what its like when dh is home i never get my plans done either. have a great day everyone!

That's funny, smells in my bedroom are usually the dog's fault too! One licks her paws all effing night, which makes her smell like a wet dog and the other one has occasional bladder issues. :/

I've been semi productive this week. I made myself a new cleaning schedule, outlining which rooms to do on different days and which chores are daily, weekly or monthly. Its kind of a blend of two different approaches I've seen online. Its supposed to not take more than 1 hr total each day, but its taking me longer. That's probably due to my LOVE of cleaning (NOT!), working around ds, the sad state of my house, and my serious distractability!

Manda - good luck with your cleaning schedule, I hope it works for you! Good luck on getting pregnant, they'd be just over 2 years which is a really nice spread, close enough to be friends but T will be a little more independent. Really, adding the second one is easy.

Kashmir - I really should have been cutting off Nathan's pants. He is the king of holes and he's be all set for summer if I'd thought of it.

Rhae - I wish I has a green thumb, your yard sounds so pretty,

Melinda - sorry your week isn't going as planned, hopefully it is getting better. Yea on finding the smell in your room, we don't have dogs so it is normally DH's socks, ewww.

I started a scrap book of our trip Tuesday night and pretty much spent all day working on it. It is mostly done (75 pages!) but that means I'm behind on everything else. We invited some friends over for Sat night and it sounds like DH wants to invite BIL and nieces. I'm going to have to get more food! It should be fun, all the kids get along and the adults play games and talk. I measured the kids today on our wall and Nathan grew 1 1/2", Alex 1" and JT 1". The older 2 are now 1 3/4" apart in height which stinks because they need the same sized pants and I can't figure out who's clothes are who's. By some freak coincidence they are both on a silver team for soccer and wear the same size jersey. At least the numbers are different! Not much planed for the rest of the week. I'm going to do some basic cleaning the bathrooms and tidying. I'd love to get JT started on potty training but he is so resistant to even trying. He's in a defiant about everything stage so I'm not going to push it but ugh I want to be done with diapers. Nathan asked when we were going to have another baby on the trip home and I can honestly say I'm happy that we are done with that stage. And it always makes me happy that they'd rather have more siblings than wish they didn't have so many.

Yesterday and today turned out to be very unproductive around the house but hopefully I can get something done this evening.
