Well I started my week off right. Went running and started strength training yesterday. The recommended plan is to do 3 exercises, one arms, one legs, one core, for 1 minute each. I figured it would be easy, and it was, but I'm not looking forward to repeating it today! I'm more sore than I expected. Taylor thought I was pretty hilarious doing lunges back and forth in the living room though! Of course, he also thinks curtains are funny...

Dh is leaving this afternoon for a class. He'll be back Thursday, but is leaving again on Sunday for 2 weeks. He's getting super stressed and is being all short and crabby. He thinks his boss is throwing him under the bus. They've decided not to send someone to train him, so he's got to square away all this paperwork and bills without any background knowledge on the type of services done there. Anyway, I'll be glad when he's done.

Busy weeks, ladies! Mine is looking fine, especially now that it's back to just me and my husband.

They almost did not make it out alive. On the very last day I almost yanked my MIL out into the living room by her arm (can't reach her hair, damn giant) when she got upset and took Isaac out of the room and refused to come back with him. We don't want him left alone with DH's parents so we asked everyone stay together "since it's such a short time you guys are here, we want everyone to get to see the baby". Ugh. Oh well. Silver lining was that hubby's grandma was fabulous with Isaac so I could hand him off to her without any concerns. That helped a lot!
Woohoo for sleeping through the night!!!! Fingers crossed for you that it continues.

Zero ambition here too! Its windy, the sky is brown, and the boy is cranky!
I agree, sttn is a holy moment! Even being down to just 1 waking is a huuuge deal! In fact, night wakings are one big reason why we haven't started working on another kid yet. I'm terrified the next will be just as bad as Taylor has been and I'll never sleep again!

I cannot imagine someone NOT doing what you ask, especially when you specifically ask, when it comes to your baby. Wow. That woman's got some nerve.
