Well who would've thought

After a major spaghetti fight between 2 of my boys a few of the baby wipes I used to clean their hands and faces made their way into the washing machine with the spaghetti sause soaked clothes. Well to my surprise the wipes came out of the dryer super clean and soft. Now I wash all the wipes used for hand and face cleaning then stick them in an old empty wipe box and use them one more time for cleaning (dusting, counters, ect...). What a great way to recycle. I don't know if all wipe brands hold up that well but it's worth a try. Mine are thick and quilted to begin with (BJ's brand). Saves money on all the paper towles I go though with 3 boys and helps the environment. Cool huh?!

While I'm at it for anyone who likes these silly time saving ideas. This is small but is really quite nice. I know we're not in the 50's anymore but I still pick out my husbands clothes every morning, iron them and lay them out so they are ready when he gets out of the shower. When I put clothes away out of the laundry I've started putting a under shirt on the hanger with his dress shirt so it's one less thing I have to find at 6:00 in the morning.

Hope these ideas help someone else.
