TURKEY SANDWICHES!!! :) my family makes them for lunch at grandmas over the next couple of days after turkey day. (we have thanksgiving at her house).

Or if you like pasta... my hubby and i cut up some turkey into small pieces, mix it with 1lb spiral noodles that have been cooked. Mix in some of your fav salad dressing (we like parmesan romano) then add some shredded cheese. Eat it like that or top it over a salad or on some bread it's really good!

Or if you go to www.kraftfoods.com there are tons of "fast food" ideas!

hope that helps!

Well lesley, it's like this. You just pack it up and send it to me! LOL just kidding.

I can't wait till Thanksgiving, I love Turkey. We always make the traditional turkey sandwiches, but will also have turkey cassarole(like tuna). I also make pita sandwiches and you can use your imagination to put fillings in it.

epicurious.com is one of my favorite recipe sites, they should have tons of turkey ideas!

Soup! We save the white meat for turkey sandwhiches (open face of course, w/cranberry sauce & gravy), but the rest goes for soup...the carcass for the stock (which I then split up into ice cube trays and freeze, great for lots of recipes and quick reduction sauces) and the rest of the meat for turkey noodle soup. My kids look forward to that more than the actual turkey!

How about Turkey roll-ups? I saw a recipe for this somewhere recently and it sounded so good. Take vegetable flavored cream cheese, spread on tortilla shell, add romaine lettuce, cheese, red onion and turkey and roll up! Good luck.
