My dd is 21 months old, and is sick of everything I feed her for lunch. Any ideas??? What do you feed your kids?

Thanks

I'm sorry Lesley, I can't help but laugh :o)

My kids are sick of everything too LOL. I guess the thing they are sick of the most is macaroni & cheese with peas & tuna fish. I tried to get them to eat chicken pot pie today... they ate a little bit of it. Sometimes my oldest will just eat fruit or carrots with ranch dressing. They've been on a Ramen noodle kick lately for some unknown reason. I don't care... as long as they eat somewhat healthy the rest of the time.

When Andrew wnats to eat, it is normally PB&J sandwhiches, hotdogs, ABC, Bean and Backon soup, and some side foods like carrots, applesauce, fruit.
He is hard to feed. Takes after his mom :)

Okay I know I go a little overboard with lunch...lol. I started making my oldest cutsie lunches when he went to private school last year. He loved them so much that when we started homeschooling he said the only thing he would miss was the lunches I made him, so...

We like these lunches so much we usually rotate them on a weekly basis.

Generally he eats the basics: mac & cheese, pb&j, Spaghettios, Fish Sticks...Lately he's really been enjoying home-made personal pizzas. Take flour tortillas add pizza sauce and your choice of toppings then bake until cheese is melted (around 5 min) @ 400. I put the tortialls right on the oven rack. I really like the Contadina pizza sauce in a squeeze bottle. My husband even raved about these.

Maggie will usually have pb&j or just some lunch meat plain (no bread) Some cheese. and a fruit or veggie, carrot bites, grapes, strawberries, yogurt, rasains, or any other kind of dried fruit.

We are also a big fan of the Gerber graduates like the pasta pickups. What is great with them is that I can let her pick one out on her own and then she is more excited to eat it.

Olivia(19 mos) still likes the Gerber graduates foods. They both love to dip, so hot dogs in ketchup, chicken nuggets in ranch, crackers in tuna fish. I keep apples and bananas on hand at all times. Soups and sandwhiches cut up in little squares. It does get old and your afraid they're not getting all they need, but they keep growing so we must be doing alright, lol!
