We are having 15 minute Chicken and Rice (very easy to make)

Here is the recipe:

4 boneless chicken breast halves
1 can of Campbells Cream of Chicken Soup (10 3/4 oz)
1/4 tsp each paprika and pepper
2 cups Minute White Rice, uncooked
2 cups frozen broccoli flowerets (optional)

1. Heat 1 tablespoon oil in skillet. Add chicken, cook until browned. Remove chicken.
2. Add soup, 1 1/2 cup water, paprika and pepper to skillet, stir. Bring to boil.
3. Stir in rice and broccoli. Top with chicken. Season chicken with additional paprika and pepper, cover. Cook on low heat 5 minutes or until cooked.

I'm making beef and broccoli, but I'm adding red and orange peppers, mushrooms, asparagus, zucchini and any other veggies I have. We'll have a side salad too.
