We're having all natural Rosetto ravioli's with marinara sauce. Sounds great,huh? Dh is gone so I hate cooking just for me and Dom, this is SOO easy.

That sounds so yummy Olivia, youll have to post a recipe if you have one.
I had velveeta shells and cheese with ground beef and salsa.

Mel, They are soooo easy to make. You just use boneless chicken breasts, dip them into shredded (not grated) parmesan cheese (you are coating the chicken just like if you were frying them but you do not have to put anything on them for the cheese to stick, it just does), then put them in a med/high heated pan with a little olive oil or I used non-stick spray for about 9 minutes on both sides. I bought the marinara sauce in a jar (Newman's brand is very good) and just cook the pasta. My girls LOVE this and DH so I make them at least 3x month. BTW...I got this recipe from Rachael Ray (she is a good friend of mine..j/k..lol).
