Broiled chicken breasts with teriyaki sauce (from Tastefully Simple - yum), lo mein noodles and a veggie (haven't decided on one - I usually let the girls pick).

My husband just got home (early) and wants to throw something on the grill. Yippy, that means he gets to enjoy being outside relaxing while I make all the side stuff inside...lol. We will probably make fajitas.

We had cracker barrel since that is where we met the man who was driving Chris to take the test. It was good as always :)

We went to Taco John's (it's a chain that's like Taco Bell, only better! They use a better grade of meat than Taco Bell.) I was planning on making some Chicken Helper (cheesy enchilada rice) but dh wanted to drop off more boxes to the new apartment, we did it kind of late, so we just stopped to get something instead of cook (plus, we had a coupon!)

I went to Cracker Barrel for the first time ever in either Chicago just this past March. I had the cajun salmon (I think it was salmon, I'm pretty sure it wasn't catfish) with greens and dumplings. YUM! The funny thing is, I lived about 5 minutes away from a Cracker Barrel when I lived in San Antonio and I never went!

you do realize that you are KILLING me!!!! (I'm out!!! we have it about 1/month)

Chicken Helper (cheesy enchilada rice) is my absolute favorite! Everytime we go to the USA, I stock up on that. I love it. They dont sell it here..boo hoo for me lol! Have you tried the terriyaki chicken one? I was thinking of buying that on our next visit.

What is Cracker Barrel???

I haven't heard of it before. I have heard of the Cracker Barrel cheese, but not a food place. I sit a burger place, or a restaurant?
