What's the worst gift DH ever gave you?

Some of the DYK's got me thingking about some of the gifts Dan has gotten me over the years that weren't so great. I thought it'd be funny to share. So, what are some of the strange or awful, or puzzling, or leave-you-speachless-not-in-a-good-way gifts your DH has ever given you?

well, I mentioned in dyk awhile ago, that my dh used to get me stupid things like a bag of rivets or canned pickled sausages for our anniversarys, but those were gag gifts and not the "real" gift.
As far as real gifts gone wrong...he's pretty good about that. nothing too awful. there have been some very unromantic gifts, like slippers, or householod stuff, but usually I've asked for it lol.
Lol, I forgot to answer my own question!
The worst present Dan ever gave me was for my birthday one year he got me.......a Nintendo controler!! I only played with the Nintendo twice, and we already had TWO controllers! Uhm...yeah. Thanks.
omg, that reminds me...one year for Christmas dh gave me a playstation game. We didnt have a playstation lol.
although, we did shortly after, so I think that was his way of getting one lol.
My husband has always got me really great gifts, I can't think of anything bad at all. But my ex-fiance, that was a totally different story...
For our first Christmas
When I was pg with Natalie, we went to Costco one day. I happened to see a cutting board, and said that I had been needing one, so I picked it up. Kyle said "oh well that can be your birthday present". I seriously thought he was joking, but when he didn't get me anything for my birthday, I asked him about it. He said "what do you mean? I got you a cutting board!"
uh yeah...
he's been SERIOUSLY humiliated MULITPLE times about that one over the last few years, and my last birthday present was a beautiful sterling silver necklace with a ruby pendant LOL
My dh never gets me anything. :(

Hmm..Well..I would say the most practical/strange gift Mike has ever given me was a microwave for my birthday! To me birthdays are for something more personal and for the person who is celebrating the birthday but DH is still learning. LOL. To top it off he took me with him to pick it out, mind you I didn't know that we were picking out a microwave. I thought we were just going shopping for food. Then when I realized his intentions I thought he would come back for it later and then "suprise" me with it. Not so much...he put it in the cart and said "Happy Birthday". He didn't see how that was bad and if I hadn't been already emotional from being pregnant I would've probably "guided" him more gently towards a real gift. LOL
