Well so far today, I have tried to get out some stains on some clothes and done 3 loads of laundry...pretty exciting eh? I also was reading all of the warm welcomes I received from everyone including yourself. I have thought about the weekend. Our family might be going on a sleigh ride tomorrow with some horses. It is suppose to be really cold though. And a nasty windchill too, so I am not sure if we will go. I don't really want to take Nathan (2 months) out in that. The other 4 will probably do alright. They may be disappointed if we don't go. If we don't go hopefully I can talk the hubby into washing the floors and other various manly things.
In your nice welcome, you mentioned your husband is a marine and is gone for 3 weeks at a time. That must be hard. I will certainly keep you in my thoughts when my husband is just plain working late but coming home.
Our homeschool group went to a horse sactuary today. It was so much fun. The kids learned how to clean the stalls and got to groom the horses and hear some of the great and heartbreaking stories these horses had.
If there is a sactuary near you I reccomend checking it out.

Lots of housework today because we were going out tomorrow night. Like to have the house clean for babysitter. However, dd (7mos.) has her first fever with major chest and nasal conjestion so I don't think we will be going out. Poor thing is absolutely miserable. I think I will be taking her to Urgent Care tomorrow morning. Andrea

My husband is not really a marine, but a merchant marine, a mariner, barge engineer

Sorry to hear that your plans to go out did not happen. How is your dd feeling? Any better today?
Hope you have a great weekend.
