My Dh and I were having a silly conversation about where we would retire to when we were older. So if money was not an object, where would you retire to?

I chose England!

We are looking at Arizona. It's less expensive than California.

I think I would stay here in Vancouver. I love it. It has great beaches, and mountains, the tourist slogan is that you can swim and ski in one day! I love it here. Of course, I wouldn't mind a little extra retirement money so we can take a few vacations a year to warmer places in the winter months.

Dh & I used to want to retire near his family, but after the run in that I had with his father last summer we decided that living a distance from his family was going to be far better for all of us. Since then we haven't given a location much thought, so I would have to say some where that the wind doesn't blow constantly like it does here.
