That would work but you would still want to chop it up just a little so the chunks aren't so big. I just use the canned ham (but not spam!). I think it is Hormel, but I could be wrong. I agree also that slow cooker meals are great too! I really started making them more since I've been home, having more time in the mornings to prepare it instead of being rushed before work or on my lunch hour.

They're just like meatballs, but instead of using ground beef, you use cooked ham.

Since 2006, when my oldest, George, was born. Last January my little girl Anna was born. So I decided to stay at home for a while.

Married.

We're married at 6/25/2005

What did you do before you became a SAHM? (by way of income)

I was an editor in federal newspaper, head of news department and fashion journalist.

When I have any free time, I write articles for parenting and fashion magazines.

What's your favorite thing to do on a rainy day?

To read.


What's your favorite thing to do on a sunny day?

Go to the beach or to the park with my whole family.

Making a cococa for kids and mulled wine for my husband and me.
