I feel for ya. I have an interview tomorrow for a job that isn't my first choice, but I'm open to change. I want to do something that seems to make a real difference and you see it immediately. I'm tired of dealing with education students that aren't educated and motivated enough to do the job.

One district had a 30 step application, took me hours to do it.

That sounds pretty efficient. I've found that most online apps are tediously long and each school has totally different software, placement companies running their process, HTML design
