My Ds's elementary school principal will be going to a different school this year so there will be a new leader, anyway my ? is: Do things usually change when there's a new principal(sorry if this is spelled wrong)or do they tend to stay the same.See my DS has gotten into trouble this past yr and has had to see the principal a few times, but things were haqndled quite well and I was pleased with him.I guess I'm just worried about how things will be when school starts this yr.Does the old prinipal usually tell the new ones about who causes trouble and such?Sorry if this is so lond and so many questions. Thanks

Most principals are like teachers. They prefer not to know much about the students so they have a chance to judge them on what they see, not what they were told. A good principal doesn't come in and start changing everything at once. Taking time to asses and plan is a much better approach. I doubt if you will see a major change. I also think your son will start with a clean slate.

I hope this helps.
