Pre Algebra Beginner Book - 6th to 7th ?

Daughter is going from 6th to 7th next year & beginning Pre Algebra. Teacher has suggested she begin studying Pre Algebra ahead of time - as he anticipates she may struggle.
Does anyone know of or use a good PrePre Algebra workbook?
I'm not sure a Study Guide is appro. in her situation, b/c she will just be starting to learn it.....
Ideas? or a source rec? thanks.
