My cousin is a teacher, and he was telling me how teaching just isn't fun anymore.

I don't understand how these teachers can deal with the absolute insanity and disrespect the teachers recieve from these kids. I cant believe a lot of them put up with things. I know I really admire them because of this! My children are four and seven.
I'm a little late getting into this, but I'll say this: for me, teaching is fun.
I wish I knew why it is that parents these days don't understand that children need to be held accountable for mistakes and bad choices.
The kids think they should be in charge and parents will support that right.
Nope.
No! Too much blame, too much pressure and too many parents that don't parent and prepare their children to learn and succeed. The rewarding, fun moments are too overshadowed by the demands to fix every problem immediately
