What I didn't learn in teacher ed

I do have my admin degree- both to be a principal and a superintendent. I had those when I turned 30. I don't want the job, though, because I know it's stressful and the pressures are different. I can't handle being yelled at either. I guess I just understand that sometimes good people do behave badly when under pressure and try not to judge or paint everyone with the same brush. I've only had three principals, but have gone through many superintendents and I think that's what makes the most difference as far as working conditions go.
