i am SOOOOOoooo not flying united airlines EVER again! yesterday we flew from iowa to maine to visit my mom and family. well, we arrived for our flight

ugh thats horrible.. i have never taken an airplane anywhere.... definetely wont be taking that airline if i ever do lol. at least ya got your stuff back in one peice.. but holy how stupid can people be to leave a car seat of all things!?

Hello, the reason you are taking it is because your child needs it to travel in a car.

How re-stinking*-diculous is that! I would be absolutely livid. Hope you write them a nice letter and hopefully you'll get something out of it.

Hope the return is much (much) smoother.
