So I am once again back. I have thought alot about coming back with no real reason not to. I thought why not start again today, so here I am.


Life is going good with my husband back and we are now going to be moving to a house Im very happy about. I am working part time at a coffee shop that is going to be my hardest challenge for weight loss for the next bit. I have gone on a few hikes and tried to stay somewhat active but Im still working on that. I have been eatting more vegetarian options and that seems to help me feel good so this month and maybe next month I want to try eat more of these meals and try new recipes.

Last night I didnt eat any supper but had a smoothie and ended up being starving at 11 30 at night. I made myself a veggie burger and steamed veggies but second guessed myself after eatting it. I think I

A veggie buger would be fine as it would provide protein to help you to stay feeling full the entire night!

As usual my plan for yesterday never happened. I played with my son and niece and I didnt do much else as far as exercise goes. I

Today was fine untel I got home from work and devoured 3 hotdogs ( with out bun but definetly very fatty on its own.) This is due to lack of planning. I need to remember to bring a good somewhat filling snack to work and have things ready to eat in the fridge aka cut up veggies, washed fruit, and nuts. Thats going to be my big thing to do tomorrow- prepare snacks.

Im not sure what to refer to today as. A good or a bad day. I worked in the middle of the day for 5 hours. Not doing much before or after.


Breakfast- strawberries, blueberries, and banana in a bowl with yogurt


Snack- granola bar with nuts


Lunch- spinach with strawberries, slivered almonds, blue cheese with balsalmic vinegarette on top ( sounded good in theory but wasnt all that good) I think I might try it with feta instead of the blue cheese or replace the vinegarette with raspberry vinegarette. I also had a necturine


Snack- a frappacinno :( from starbucks -Grande
