Ok I'm back..here is my mini-journal for the past two weeks.(that is when I started again.)

Walking every morning with my friend. We are up to a mile and a half today in around 30 minutes. I have added weight by pushing my 3 year old in the stroller. Really didn't realize how that helped. LOL.. still only one Dr Pepper a day YAY!! And I have cut eating out completely. Still eat chocolate occasionally. If I can only get DH to quit buying it! 3 Oreos today. :( I have been cooking more and grilling out when the weather cooperates. I have an app on my iPod that helps me count calories and track how many calories burned. Haven't weighed in. Still don't have a scale. Hopefully I will get one soon. LOL. Looking into buying a treadmill and/or Wii Fit Plus to help on those not so great days. Well that's it. Thanks for reading. :o)
