Did a workout on the treadmill for 30 minutes (1.66 miles).
8/17 - Wednesday
Weight - 210.4 - Increase of 0.2 lbs but still down fronm 8/15!
8/18 - Thursday
Weight -209 -
9/19/2011 - Friday
Back to walking on the treadmill.
09/20/2011 - Friday
Weight this AM up from yesterday but still a loss for the week!
8/22/2011 - Monday
Weeklly summary - I worked out 5 out of 7 days for a total of 8.9 miles.
