Left and Right Biceps: 12" each
Left and Right Thighs: 23" each
% Body Fat: ???
Goal Weight: 135lbs
Preferred Diet: portion control with preference given to low calorie and low fat foods. I want to incorporate more whole foods and cut out some processed foods.
Preferred Exercise: 30-40 minutes of kickboxing; 15 minutes of weight training/toning/pilates; 15-30 minutes yoga/stretching. The best days to exercise are Tuesdays, Thursdays, Saturdays, and Sundays
Good Habits: I love veggies! I use veggies to bulk up foods such as soups, salads, pasta sauce, etc. I use cooking spray unless there is a danger of foods sticking or burning; then I'll use small amounts of olive oil. I love using herbs, seasonings, and spices (I have my own herb garden and dry my herbs for winter use).
Bad Habits: I crave salty/crunchy snack foods. I am going to try to keep more veggies on hand and will replace creamy ranch dip with vinegarettes, although I may occasionally use low fat sour cream for some dips. Also, I'm not drinking enough water during the day. I mostly drink water when I am thirsty (not a soda person), but I know I'm not drinking 6-8 glasses as recommended. I like "cold" water, so I think I will freeze some water in a bottle and put water on top of the ice. I don't have much of a sweet tooth, but I do like sugar in my hot tea. I have tried using Splenda but it makes black tea taste funny when milk is added. It isn't too bad in fruit teas. Finally, I tend to snack while preparing dinner. I think I need to eat a few veggies before starting to cook, or perhaps drink hot tea or cocoa.
