Starting back up here again. I've been pretty good lately, got 5 days of exercize last week which is a record for me.
May 8
Breakfast, lean pocket bacon egg & cheese
Lunch, breaded chicken breast baked, mashed potatoes with gravy, corn, cranberries
Snack, banana, 2 saltines
Dinner, salad, 2 slices thin crust pizza
Snack, 8 strawberries, 16oz cocoa
Approx calories 1395
Water, 50oz
Exercize, 30 min on torturemill (day 2)

Thank you. I impressed myself with 5 days too. That was 5 days on the torturemill; 30min on 4 of them and 40min on the other, AND I did a 30min tape on one of those days also.

Early Dinner; roast beef sandwich with spicy mustard, 1c grapes
Snack; 8 strawberries, granola bar
Snack; 1 serving cereal with milk, 16oz cocoa

Exercize; 30min exercize tape that was a killer

Lunch; 2 sloppy joes, 5 bites baked beans, 1/2oz corn chips
Snack; slice of cheese, fruit cocktail
Dinner; salad with chicken breast & free ranch
Snack; 16oz cocoa
Approx calories; 1399
Water; 50oz
Exercize; 30 min on torturemill (day 4 this week and 6 days in a row)
