Here we go again.

Brunch,2 scambled eggs, piece of ham, 2 slices of toast & Jam

4 bites of homemade peach cobbler

Dinner/ Lean Cuisine Stuffed Cabbage meal + side of corn
Diet Vernors
Luigi's Lemon italian ice (yummy)

I had the flu all weekend so I am going easy on the food.

lunch; grilled chicken salad with ff french dressing

baked potatoe and small chili from Wendy's
diet coke

snack; lemon italian ice- new addiction..lol

Today was one of those mixed up days...I didn't do very good, but I didn't do too bad either..I knew my best friend and I were going to a pizza buffet for a late lunch so this is how I did;


Breakfast, 2 handfuls of mini pretzels and a diet orange pop
lunch; UGH I ate a few bites of 4 different kids of pizza..lol..had some tiny cheese bread bites (so good), pasta with marina souce, 2 cinnamon roll things and diet coke
dinner; we didn't get done with lunch till 4 so I didn't want dinner, I briefly considered eating anyway but just wasn't in the mood
snack; sugar free pudding cup

anyway that's what I did, stepped on the scale this morning to a 1/2 lb loss so I guess I didn't do too, too much damage..I know I'm not eating the best lately but to be honest my tummy's still feeling icky.

Breakfast....ummmm skipped I slept late..lol
Lunch; 2 steak soft tacos, pinto's and cheese, diet pepsi
dinner;brocolli. chicken breast, baked potatoe
1/2 cup banana pudding
snack;sugar free pudding

Breakfast....ummmm skipped I slept late..lol - You need to keep something on hand in case you sleep late....like a breakfast bar
Lunch; 2 steak soft tacos, pinto's and cheese, diet pepsi - Ok.....not sure about the Pinto's and cheese along with the tacos.

You just have to make me think !!..lol...I know I have to work on breakfast, I really need to figure out some good, on the go choices...suggestions?

normally I wouldn't have had pinto's and cheese plus the taco's but I did the on-line menu planner thing and all together the whole meal had under 600 calories so I went with it but didn't actually eat everything.

just season salt on my potato, it was good by itself.

yes, my pudding was the real stuff, a friend brought it by and I couldn;t resist.

I go out to eat way tooooo much!! Ugh, I have got to get back into cooking at home (was I ever into cooking at home??..lol) so here's today's tragedy..lol

Breakfast; Slept late again..lol
Lunch; went to a greek restaurant with my boss and we split
saganaki with pita bread and some lemon potato's
and I had
Chicken breast with fresh cucumbers and fresh tomato's
2 tbsp's of cucumber sauce
diet coke

Dinner; It was 7:20 and I was starving !! So since I didn't pre-plan, didn't space out my meals properly and just set myself up for failure I had...

big mac without sauce (I hate the sauce..lol)
1/2 order of french fries
Diet Coke
Snack; Italian Ice

I will do better, I will plan my meals, and I will start walking again.

Cereal bars are a great choice if you are on the run.
