Havent done a great job of keeping up with what I ate this week but am starting over.......Walking nightly.... Still hovering around

We went to a baseball game this aftenoon so got a hotdog with just ketchup and drank part of my dd sprite. Lots of water!!!!!!!

It depends on what you are piling on your salad. Any veg is good for you. Some cheese & meat are protein. Fat free or low fat dressings are better choices. As long as it is mostly veggies it is good for you. If you do bacon or croutons, limit them to small amounts & then work on getting rid of them altogether. Or count your croutons as your "bread" for that meal.
