THursday, 20 mil Pilates. Didn't quite make it to the TaeBo. Will do better today :)
Friday was really bad.... did nothing :(

I am definatly not going to stay sedentary. I have vowed to keep moving. :)
Figure out why you aren't moving, and if you can change it.
Sunday, Bad day for me. Did nothing. Way busy. I also am going to stop the Tae Bo and go se the Dr. My knees are killing me and are making the most awfull noises when I go down my stairs. My joints have always made a "popping" sound hips, arms etc.. when I exersize. I guess it is time to find out why. Going to keep doing the Pilates though. That doesn't seem to hurt. It's the jumping and kicking. :(
