Breakfast: plain toasted bagel with pineapple cream cheese, coffee with the low sugar creamer


lunch: small salad, ham and turkey, bacos, cheese, low fat french and ranch dressing, croutons. Wheatable crackers, a few handfulls of popcorn with a little butter and salt


dinner: smoked sausage, potatoes, cut up and prepare in a little EVOO, salt and pepper in the microwave, salad, green peppers, bacos, french and ranch, croutons.


snacks..... 100 cal granola bar, Buster Bar from DQ :( bad but oh sooo yummy and that bowl of cereal that I can't seem to do without! I made it all the way up to 9:30 before I gave in to it.


all of my water and a Pepsi One
