Just a thought- can you get a snack in the morning to keep you from being so hungry at lunch? I know that helps me a ton. In the car I have a granola bar or at home I might eat a cheese stick or some fruit or a pbj on graham cracker. Something that will fill me up a bit so that I am not starving at lunch.

Eating small amounts more frequently helps with hunger....plus boosts your metabolism!

thanks ladies......... as I sit here with my PB toast and coffee


dinner last night: homemade sloppy joes, meat and lots of vegtables, tortilla chips and salsa.


snack: small bowl popcorn, bowl of golden puff "generic sugar smack" cereal


drank lots of water at golf..........
