thanks Sue........ the pattern unfortunatly has been on Friday I am down and then come Monday back up again. I know I eat more on the weekends. I just need to get a handle on the wil power over the weekend! ..........

1 lf Pringle (off Jacks snack plate) - Now I bet....that if you didn't eat any leftovers from your kid's plates you would cut out 100 or more calories a week.
