Oh let's see if I can remember what I ate this week so far!


Wednesday


Breakfast - 2 Rice Cakes with Apple Butter


Snack - Snack mix containing Almonds, Whole Grain Cheerios, Dried Cranberries and Raisons


Lunch - 2 Bioled Eggs (Omega-3) and a piece of whole wheat toast


Snack - Protein Shake and one muffin (whole wheat banana, blueberry and cranberry)


Dinner - Whole Wheat pasta with chicken and Alfredo Sauce, and carrots
