Okay, today is day 1 for me. I weighed in at 230. My first goal is 199. I guess I'll edit as I eat to fill in my food/water/exercise.

Food:

240 - Total with yogurt & skim milk
100 - banana
100 - Oreo Crisps
220 - chicken
45 - zucchini with tomatoes
360 - tossed salad with chicken & fat free dressing
60 - tootsie pop

1125 - total

Water: 18 ounces + 32 ounces so far

Exercise: Walked 15 minutes. I was shooting for 20, but my foot hurt. My DH thinks I have a bone spur. . I put off going to the doctor due to my company being sold. .was waiting for the insurance to change. Guess I need to get in soon.

Food

84 ounces total

If it is a spur until you can get to the doctors try ibuprofin twice a day, wearing shoes all the time.....never barefoot, and get inserts (Like Dr. Scholl's inserts for your heel) to elevate the heel.

I had mild heel spurs and my mom had bad ones needing injections.

Day 3


Food:


70 - one egg
90 - one piece of toast with reduced fat marg
80 - 8 ounces skim milk


120 - baked cheetoes (was having a salt craving, opted for the baked ones though)


I didn't do as well today.
