With two kids I can't remember what I eat either! So I put a little piece of paper on the fridge and every time I eat or refill my water I jot it down, then at night I bring the paper down to input it here. Maybe that will be easier for you?
I don't think it is a problem at all! I just know that for me logging onto the computer all the time is harder than jotting things down on paper. But I am a SAHM so my life is totally different than yours. Do what works for you- I just thought that I might be able to offer a suggestion to make things easier for you.
I have a 2.5 y/o dd and a 3.5 y/o ds- I know how hard it is with them, I can imagine that it is even harder with twins & having to work as well. I am sorry that I jumped in here- I meant to be helpful, sorry that I wasn't.
Potty training is overrated, IMO!!!! Diapers are sooooooooooooo much easier! I know that once both of my kids are 100% PT life will be easy, but now I drag around extra clothes, keep a potty in my car & have to be able to stop & drop everything on a one-second notice to find a restroom! ACK! And my kids aren't PT at the same time! ((((HUGS)))) Not to mention all the extra cleaning at home & laundry!
The one thing that has helped me the most is realizing that I can't control most things in life, but I *can* control what I eat & when I exercise. And having those two things in control has been very sanity-saving for me after losing the baby in January. I can't control the fact that I lost the baby, I can't control my dh's ridiculous work schedule, I can't control my kids' PT habits. But I can take control of my weight & just having that control feels so good.
I have found this a very safe place to hang out & be honest. I hope that you do, too. Glad that you are here! :)

Welcome back Deb!
I'm planning to stay between 1200 and 1600.

Not really - I work outside the home.
