1 1/4 cup Rice Krispies w/3/4 cup milk

Lunch
2 slices whole wheat bread
1 slice Sara lee Thinly scliced Hoeny Ham
1 slice Sara lee Thinly sliced provolone cheese
12 Doritos

Dinner Chicken w/Rice

Total Calories 1290

Water 48 ozs.

Will be back tomorrow to start journaling again the weekend was a lost cause sort of for me. It was hit or miss. This friday we have dress rehearsal at 5 for dance recital, saturday night dance recital, sunday afternoon, dance recital, so I have to be very good this week because next week is another hit or miss w/the dance recital. dee

Dinner Chicken, potatoe salad, medium portion & 2 small dinner rolls

water 32 ozs.

Walked 1.5 miles, buying new pedometer tomorrow, went exact same route & got different reading last week.

I think that you need a few more calories for the day, a little more water....plus measure your food so you know exactuly what you are having.

1 1/2 cup potatoe salad
1 small pice of apple pie

calcium supplement

Total calories 979 calories

water 40 oz. not counting coffee

Walked 1 mile

Had my PT evaluation appt. today then ran all my errands so never stopped for lunch
PT will begin on Friday. You will be happy to know Sue the mattress you picked out is what she recommends & a memory foam 4 in topper is her 2nd. choice which is what we have.

Bought Leslie Sansone Walk Away the Pounds for in house walking which is when i got my walking in tonight.
